![]() Employment | Welcome to the Community Services Coordination NetworkHome The Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) is a not-for-profit charitable organization, funded by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services and the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. The key function of CSCN is to coordinate access to various services and supports for children and adolescents with complex needs, that may require a response from more than one service provider. CSCN is the single point of access to residential services for children and adolescents with complex needs, living in our five county catchment area (London-Middlesex, Oxford, Elgin, Huron, and Perth Counties). We also provide a single point of access for children and adolescents seeking admission to the WrapAround process. The Community Services Coordination Network is not a direct service provider. In November 2010 the Community Services Coordination Network was selected by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services to develop and operate Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) - South West Region (SWR). CSCN now operates one of nine new Developmental Services Ontario agencies in the province. Additional sections of the Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with a Developmental Disability Act were proclaimed on July 1, 2011. The nine DSO agencies in Ontario opened on July 4, 2011. Developmental Services Ontario - South West Region:
